At The Hairpin Leg, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware; if our products don't perfectly suit your project, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Hardware

  Carefully pack the legs and included screws in their original protective wrapping to prevent scratches or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the items back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
